Aleesha Young has established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder in the second half of the decade. Aleesha Young was born 1984 into a sporting family. Her father took part in bodybuilding alongside her sisters and brothers. were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha was a softball player, soccer as well as basketball until she started bodybuilding at the age of 15. Aleesha obtained her professional license after winning the NPC USA Championships in 2014. The first time she began competing she did so in the year the year 2008. She also participated at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was placed 9th. She held on to a 9th-place finish in 2015. Aleesha was 6th place in both 2016 and 2015 during her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has steadily progressed and was able to take the first professional title, at the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best WOS performance came in 2020. She finished in fourth place. The "World's most powerful mother" took a break in bodybuilding because of issues with her health.
